Driving Efficiency as a Production Intern at YesPac

A two-month intensive internship at YesPac, a leader in packaging solutions, where I applied industrial and production engineering principles to optimize manufacturing processes, enhance operational efficiency, and contribute to tangible productivity improvements.

YesPac is a prominent packaging solutions provider, recognized as one of the leading IML (In-Mold Labeling) plastic manufacturers in Egypt, Africa, and the Middle East. Established in 1999 (with the YesPac brand name since 2015), the company is known for its premium quality, innovative ideas, efficient processes, and hygienic manufacturing conditions. YesPac exports a wide range of products to over 18 countries across Africa, Asia, and Europe, serving diverse sectors including food processing, pharmaceutical, healthcare, and chemical industries. My Role: Production Intern

During my two-month tenure, I served as a Production Intern, directly contributing to operational excellence under the guidance of the Production Manager, Khaled Naguib. My role involved a blend of hands-on technical problem-solving, process optimization, and strategic data analysis, providing me with invaluable insights into large-scale manufacturing operations.
